Compressed Air / Steam Driven Deck Mounted Ventilator / Exhauster |
| |
Compressed air or steam is injected to the venturi where air is direct to a main chamber and existing to small jet nozzels. This created a venturi section where large volume of air around the inlet and at the opening is moved into the venturi inlet and then air is pushed by high performance jet nozzels creating high velocity airflow at the outlet. Airflow rating are tested to AMCA standard 210. |

| The four way air manifold is a smaller version and much more accommodating to carry into confined spaces such as airlines for cabin and seat repair or for vessels. It is equipped with universal couplers and quick disconnect industrial couplers. Keeping work site uncluttered by having only one hose going to the work area. |

The above free air induction ratio is a measure of efficiency of a venturi type air mover. The ratio is determined by dividing the total CFM discharged by the amount of air consumed. The accuracy of the figures of the free air induction ratio depends again on the accuracy of the method of testing. |

*This Particular air mover is design with a Butterworth flange base. The most common use of this design is in the Shipping Industry where they have port holes on the ship to accommodate a Butteworth tank cleaning machine. This air mover can be easily adapted to fit any opening as well as all of the other sizes. |

Pneumatic air movers have been tested at an independent laboratory. The free flow ratings listed above are based on tests to AMCA Standard 210.
Pneumatic air movers equalled or exceeded the air flow of competitively manufactured air movers. |
